Additional performance, retention, regulatory options


This topic provides information on the BMC Helix High-Performance services as optional add-ons. You may purchase these services if you have performance or regulatory requirements beyond the standard base offering today. 

Licensing

The BMC Helix Cloud Migration service is available with the purchase of any of the following line items from your ordering document:

BMC Helix High Performance – Non-Production Environment

Each

Customer will receive access to one (1) additional non-production ITSM environment which mimics the scale and performance of the current ITSM production environment. This additional environment will mimic other non-production environments for maintenance, high availability, disaster recovery, back up and other such non-production environment specifications.
BMC Helix High Performance – Extended Backup RetentionCustomer will receive a total of thirty (30) days Backup retention for one (1) production environment. Purchases surpassing the initial Backup retention of thirty (30) days will increment fifteen (15) days for each quantity of one (1) purchase. 
BMC Helix High Performance – Extended Data ArchiveWith the purchase of this SKU Customer will receive an incremented one (1) year of data retention in one (1) production environment before archiving is required. The incremented years are applied across data forms with a default archiving period of 2 years, or 730 days, and can be referenced in BMC Helix ITSM data archiving
BMC Helix High Performance SuiteContains all the above.

With the "Each" unit of measurement, you are entitled to one incremental unit per the description above. 

Additional license terms

The following additional terms apply to the BMC Helix Cloud Migration service:

  • Licensing terms and conditions are as defined in the governing master agreement and take precedence over any published description from this site.
  • Entitlements are subject to change.
