Activation activities

Activating your Helix subscription is a critical step you will need to perform to start using your service.

You will receive an order confirmation email from order_management_admin@bmc.com when you order BMC services. To initiate the activation of your BMC Helix subscription, click Get Started in the email and follow the instructions to initiate the activation of your subscription.

When your BMC Helix environments are activated, your Technical Contact will receive an email with service URL details, login IDs, and passwords for each environment.
