BMC Helix German Regulated Cloud (GrC)
Helix for German Regulated Cloud (GrC) is delivered via Materna as a complete software-as-a-service (SaaS) from data centers in Germany operated and supported by Materna Personnel.
The service includes the BMC Helix platform and the associated features. Customer subscription services are monitored and delivered by Materna. The Service is hosted in German data centers and operated within German borders and according to given EU laws and German regulations. This includes all underlying application and infrastructure aspects. The areas of focus include hosting, storage pro-visioning, networking, the application software itself, and connectivity in between Materna and the customer. In addition, the service includes the management of common tasks such as backup and recovery. Continuous updates and checks of the application are also part of the SaaS
