BMC Helix Discovery Sync for ServiceNow CMDB
If you have purchased the BMC Helix Discovery service and are on version 19.11+, you can configure a CMDB synchronization with ServiceNow natively within the BMC Helix Discovery solution. This integration will sync your BMC Helix Discovery data to a ServiceNow CMDB with standard data mappings that can be filtered and extended.

Licensing
The BMC Helix Discovery Sync for ServiceNow CMDB is available with the purchase of the following line item from your ordering document:

With the "per instance - SaaS" unit of measurement, you are provided with one connector to use on one BMC Helix Discovery platform.

The following additional terms apply to the BMC Helix Discovery Sync for ServiceNow CMDB add-on:
- Licensing terms and conditions are as defined in the governing master agreement and take precedence over any published description from this site.
- Entitlements are subject to change.
- A virtual Business Relationship Manager may be assigned for some customers.
