BMC Helix services


For a monthly subscription fee, you receive web access to the BMC Helix services you purchase, each service offering the license options and including the standard environments detailed in sections below. All services are delivered from data centers that offer a scalable, fully managed global infrastructure, with monitoring, disaster recovery, security, and BMC expert staff managing all patches and upgrades, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Important

The BMC Helix Digital Workplace client application is commonly the front-end for all BMC Helix services. If additional instances of this application are needed for your organization, BMC will configure an additional instance of this application for you with an additional purchase of the BMC Helix Platform.

BMC Helix Services Storage Allocation

The storage consumption which is displayed in your Support Central > Case Management > Service Status Dashboard is an aggregate of the following subscription services (not all may apply to your subscription) .
