Downloading the container images and utility files

Obtain the container images and the utility files required to deploy the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises gateway.

To download the container images and utilities files for use with a Helix subscription

Contact BMC Support to obtain the following files:

  • Container images: bmc-hii-docker-images-<buildNumber>.tgz
  • Utility file: hii-bmc-<buildNumber>.zip

To download the container images and utilities files for use with BMC Helix IT Operations Management on premises

  1. Log in toEPD by using your Support user ID and password.
    You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form. If you are accessing this site for the first time, create a new EPD profile to specify the languages and platforms that you want to download. For assistance with EPD, see EPD site help.

  2. Download the following files:
    • Container images: bmc-hii-docker-images-<buildNumber>.tgz
    • Utility file: hii-bmc-<buildNumber>.zip

Where to go from here

  1. If both BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations and BMC Helix applications are deployed in your on-premises environment as part of the BMC Helix IT Operations Management on-premises entitlement, set up the authentication for the on-premises gateway. 
  2. Deploy the on-premises gateway on Docker or Podman containers:
