Integrating with Catchpoint

Use the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations Catchpoint connector to collect alerts and metrics data from Catchpoint, and view the collected data in BMC Helix Operations Management  and derive actionable insights:

BMC Helix Operations Managementdisplays alerts as events, even though Catchpoint separates events and alerts.

As a tenant administrator, perform the following steps to configure a connection with Catchpoint, verify the connection, and view the collected event and metric data in various BMC Helix applications.
