Editing and deleting integrations

After you create an integration for a BMC or third-party product, you can edit the source and destination connection for the integration. You can remove the integration when no longer needed.

Warning

Don't change the destination configuration unless directed by BMC Support.


To edit the source details for an integration

  1. Log on to BMC Helix Portal, and click Launch on 

    BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations

    .

  2. Edit the source connection details:
    1. On the CONNECTORS tab, click Configure MediatorConfigureMediator_icon.png on the SOURCES panel for the integration you want to edit.
    2. Edit the source connection details by using one of the following options:
      • Edit the values provided in the UI fields.
      • Toggle Edit JSON and edit the parameter values.
  3. Click Validate.
  4. Expand the data type for which you want to edit the parameters.

  5. Edit the collector configuration and distributor configuration details by using one of the following options:

    • Edit the values provided in the UI fields. 
    • Toggle Edit JSON and edit the parameter values.
    Warning

    Don't change the destination configuration unless directed by BMC Support.

  6. Click Save & Close.

To delete an integration

  1. Log on to BMC Helix Portal, and click Launch on 

    BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations

    .

  2. On the CONNECTORS tab, select the source on the SOURCES panel that you want to delete, and click EDIT. 
  3. Click Delete_icon.png  and then confirm the deletion.
