Supported out-of-the-box integrations for BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations

BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations integrates with various third-party products to gather alert, event, metric, and topology data. The following table lists the supported connector versions, type of connector supported, and supported data types.

*For these connectors, BMC recommends to use the on-premises connector type. However, you can use the SaaS type as well, provided you have a firewall rule to allow traffic from the egress IP to the connector host on the listening port. Request the egress IP of your tenant from BMC Software if you don't already have it.
