Out-of-the-box BMC Release Management reports
A user can use the following out-of-the-box Remedy Release Management(Release Management) reports and dashboard to understand configuration management activity within the organization.

Report Name | Description |

Open Releases by Business Service | Lists the open releases for each business service. |
Open Releases by Business Service and by Priority | Lists the open releases for each Business Service based on priority. |
Open Releases by Priority | Lists the open releases based on priority. |
Open Releases by Release Type | Lists the open releases based on release type. |
Pending Approval Releases by Business Service | Lists the business service-wise releases that are pending for approval. |
Pending Approval Releases by Impact and Business Justification | Lists the releases that are pending for approval based on impact and business justification. |
Release Cost Summary | Lists the the total planned cost summary grouped by cost classification. You can drill down to view further details. |
Release Cost Summary Detail Report | Lists the cost summary and location of a release grouped by year and quarter. |
Releases by Business Service and by Risk Level | Lists all releases for each Business Service based on risk level. |
Releases by Impact and by Risk Level | Lists all releases based on impact and risk level. |
Releases by Milestone and by Risk Level | Lists all releases based on milestone and risk level. |
Release Crosstab | Lists all releases based on Company and Business Service. In the Release Crosstab report, click the release status count to view more details. |
Release List | Lists details such as Release ID, Business Service, Business Justification, Impact, Priority, Risk Level, Milestone, Release Status and Submit Date. This report appears when you drill-down from the Release Dashboard and other reports which includes |
Release Submission Trend | Lists the submission trend of all release requests. |
Release Risk Level and Impact By Scheduled Start Date | Lists all releases based on impact and risk level. The releases are grouped by their Scheduled Start Date. Click Release ID to view the release details. |
Releases With Related Problems | Lists all releases that have problems associated with them. |
Releases by Status | Lists a pie chart that shows the summary of releases split by release status. Drill down capability in the report provides a list of releases for the selected status value. |
Release Activity Report | Lists the associated incidents, changes, problems, activity and their details. The release list in this report can be filtered by release status. |
