Out-of-the-box BMC Service Level Management reports
A user can use the following out-of-the-box BMC Service Level Management reports to view the service-level activity within the organization.
Report name | Description |
---|---|
Compliance | Displays the compliance penalty, reward, and impact cost information for a selected review period. |
Incident SLA Compliance by Assignee | Lists the details of SLAs attached to each incident as well as the assignee, compliance status, compliance percentage, and missed percentage for each SLA. |
Service Target by Measurement Status | Lists the details of SLAs attached to each request as well as the goal category and type, measurement status, and SLM type for each SLA. |
SLA Status | Displays a pie chart of the SLA compliance met and missed percentages. |
