Distributing a report to a Smart Reporting user

Through BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting(Smart Reporting), you can distribute reports to other users' inboxes.

To distribute a report to a Smart Reporting user

1. On an active report, click the Share button.
   
   
   
2. Select Distribute if it is not already selected.
   
   
   

3. Click the Add Recipients field, and select the users or groups to whom you want to distribute the report.

   Note

    Reports are distributed only to users who have the appropriate level of access for the report.

4. (Optional) Enter a message to go with your distribution.
5. Click Submit.
