Enhancements to Insight Finder
This release includes the following improvements to Insight Finder. For more information, see Using Insight Finder to create dashboards.
Generate dashboards based on the new and updated BMC Helix ITSM views
Specify prompts to generate dashboards that use the new and updated BMC Helix ITSM views. Use these dashboards to manage releases, people and their roles in the organization structure, knowledge articles, incidents, change requests, and problems.
New views:
- Release management
- Service Management Foundation
- BWF Knowledge Management
Updated views:
The template and detailed description fields are added to the following views:
- Incident management
- Change management
- Problem management
Insight Finder UI updates
- Access Insight Finder from any UI page.
- View the visualizations generated as responses directly in the chat window.
- Add a visualization as a panel to a dashboard
- Start a new conversation from the chat window.
- Provide feedback for prompt responses.
- Use the Copy option following a prompt to copy it for future reference.
- Use the Export as PDF option to export a visualization generated as a prompt response to a PDF.

Specify prompts according to the context of the logged-in user
Specify prompts to generate visualizations based on the context of the logged-in user. For example, you can specify the following prompt: "Give me the status of incidents I created in the last 15 days."
View the content in your preferred locale
Specify prompts and view the response of Insight Finder in your preferred locale for clarity and ease of understanding. Insight Finder supports the following localization languages: Italian and Arabic

Analyze a subset of traces in the OTel Raw Trace Data dashboard
Filter data in the OTel Raw Trace Data dashboard according to service namespaces, services, and data sources to focus on a subset of traces for analysis and troubleshooting.

Identify event correlation gaps with the Top Offenders section in the AIOps Value dashboard
The Top Offenders section in the AIOps Value dashboard highlights events with missing node or service associations. With this information, operators and SREs can identify gaps in correlation and modeling to improve event data quality and increase correlation coverage.

Enhancements related to Grafana scenes
The following enhancements are applicable only when Grafana scenes is enabled. To enable scenes, contact BMC Helix Support.
Apply text and background colors to headers
For the Helix Table and Helix Crosstab visualizations, apply text and background colors to table headers. These colors are preserved in the PDF, Excel, or HTML export of dashboard reports that use these visualizations.

(Controlled availability customers only) Enable dynamic bursting to share user-specific data in report schedules
When you create a report schedule, enable dynamic bursting to make sure that recipients see data based on their access rights to safeguard against unauthorized access.
