Insight Finder Value Dashboard
The Insight Finder Value Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how Insight Finder is being used within your organization. The dashboard displays the following metrics:
- Count of prompts, conversations, panels, and dashboards created by Insight Finder
- Trend of usage
- Average response times
- Popular modules for which dashboards are created by Insight Finder
- User engagement
You can use this information to assess the impact and value delivered by Insight Finder.

To view the dashboard
- Log in to BMC Helix Dashboards.
- Expand the left navigation pane, and click Dashboards.
- Search for the HelixGPT folder and click it.
- Click Insight Finder Value Dashboard.
- Select a time range for data.
The dashboard displays data up to the last 30 days.

The following table describes the panels in the Insight Finder Value Dashboard.

| Average response time | Displays the average time taken (in seconds) to respond to prompts during the selected period. | ![]() |
| Prompts per conversion | Displays the average count of prompts per conversation during the selected period. | ![]() |
| Prompts per panel | Displays the average count of prompts required to generate a panel during the selected period. | ![]() |
| Top 10 most used modules | Displays the top 10 most popular modules based on the prompt count. | ![]() |
| Top 10 module average response time | Displays the average time (in minutes) spent by each module to process a prompt and return a response. The time is displayed for the top 10 most popular modules. | ![]() |
| Insight Finder feedback | Displays the trend of positive and negative feedback received compared to the total feedback received. Important: To view the data on this dashboard panel, you must have BMC Helix ITSM administrator permissions. | ![]() |
