ISKM-Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard

The ISKM – Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard provides clear visibility into how the Knowledge Curator is utilized in BMC Helix Innovation Suite Knowledge Management (ISKM). It shows how this capability is used for creating and validating knowledge articles.

The dashboard provides the following metrics:

Curated article metrics
Validated article metrics

By using this dashboard, you can track the adoption of Knowledge Curator and identify areas for improvement. You can also understand how validated articles influence overall knowledge consumption, helping you make informed decisions to improve knowledge quality.

Before you begin

To access the dashboards, make sure that BMC Helix Innovation Suite is deployed in your environment.

To view the ISKM - Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard

Log in to BMC Helix Dashboards.
Expand the left navigation pane, and click Dashboards.
Search for the HelixGPT folder and click it.
Click ISKM - Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard.
Select a line of business, company, and time range for data.

ISKM - Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard filters

You can look for the specific information on the dashboard by using the following filters:

Filter	Description	Example
Time range	Filter by the time range, such as Last 5 minutes, Last 90 days, and This year. You can also enter a specific time range. By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 90 days.
Line of business	Filter by the Line of business for which you want to view the Knowledge Curator metrics, such as Human Resources, Finance, and Facilities.
Comapany	Filter by the company name where the Knowledge Curator for ISKM is used.

Panels in the ISKM-Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard

The following table describes the ISKM-Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard panels:

Panels	Description	Example
Total Articles	Displays the total number of knowledge articles in ISKM. It does not display articles with the following status: Canceled Closed Retired
Articles by KA curator	Displays the total number of knowledge articles created by using Knowledge Curator within the selected time range.
Validated Articles	Displays the number of validated knowledge articles that are created with or without using Knowledge Curator within the selected time range.
Not Validated Articles	Displays the number of non-validated knowledge articles that are created with or without using Knowledge Curator within the selected time range.
Curated Voted Up	Displays the number of knowledge articles created with Knowledge Curator and voted up within the selected time range.
Curated Used	Displays the number of knowledge articles created with Knowledge Curator and used within the selected time range.
Curated Article Metrics
Articles Curated/Not Curated	Displays the percentage of knowledge articles created with or without using Knowledge Curator within the selected time range.
Curated Article Voted Up/Not Voted Up	Displays the percentage of knowledge articles created with Knowledge Curator within the selected time range that have been voted up versus those articles that have not been voted up.
Curated Article Used/Not Used	Displays the percentage of knowledge articles created with Knowledge Curator within the selected time range that have been used versus those that have not been used.
Validated Article Metrics
Articles Validated/Not Validated	Displays the percentage of validated knowledge articles that are created with or without using Knowledge Curator within the selected time range, versus those that have not been validated.
Validated Article Voted/Not Voted	Displays the percentage of validated knowledge articles created within the selected time range that have been voted up versus those that have not been voted up.
Validated Article Used/Not Used	Displays the percentage of validated knowledge articles created in the selected time range that have been used versus those that have not.
