HKM Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard

Use the HKM Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard to get insights to assess the effectiveness and value of knowledge curation activities in BMC Helix Knowledge Management by Comaround. The dashboard provides the following metrics. By using these metrics, you can assess the impact of the Knowledge Curator agent on article usage and validation.

• Article generation metrics—Number of articles created with or without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
• Quality indicators—Overall article usage and usage percentages for curated and non-curated articles.
• Validation impact—Articles validated and used, and their correlation with positive feedback.
• Engagement metrics—Percentage of curated articles receiving positive feedback compared to non-curated articles.

Before you begin

Configure the data source for . For more information, see Creating a data source.

To view the dashboard

1. Log in to BMC Helix Dashboards.
2. Expand the left navigation pane, and click Dashboards.
3. Search for the HelixGPT folder and click it.
4. Click HKM Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard.
5. Select a time range for which you want to view the data.
   By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 30 days.

The following table describes the panels in the HKM Knowledge Curator Value Dashboard:

Articles generated with or without Knowledge Curator	Displays the number of articles generated with or without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
Articles with positive votes	Displays the total number of articles that received positive feedback.
Article Usage	Displays the count of articles generated with and without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
% Usage of Articles Generated with Knowledge Curator	Displays the percentage of articles generated by using the Knowledge Curator agent.
% Usage of Articles Generated without Knowledge Curator	Displays the percentage of articles generated without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
% of Articles with Positive Votes Generated without Knowledge Curator	Displays the percentage of articles that received positive feedback. The articles are generated without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
% of Articles with Positive Votes Generated with Knowledge Curator	Displays the percentage of articles that received positive feedback. The articles are generated by using the Knowledge Curator agent.
Articles with and without validation	Displays the total number of generated articles and articles for which validation is pending.
Articles with Positive Votes (with and without validation)	Displays the number of articles that received positive feedback. The articles are generated with and without using the Knowledge Curator agent.
Articles Used (with and without validation)	Displays the usage of articles with and without validation.
Articles Validated and Used	Displays the percentage of articles that were validated and used.
Article Usage without Validation	Displays the percentage of articles that were not validated but used.
Validated Articles with Positive Votes	Displays the percentage of articles that were validated and received positive feedback.
Articles without Validation with Positive Votes	Displays the percentage of articles that were not validated and received positive feedback.
