HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard

The HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard provides information about the knowledge articles that are generated and validated by roles and article locales. Knowledge managers can use this information to monitor article usage and identify the locales that are most and least used. They can also update the multilingual content strategy accordingly.

Before you begin

Configure the data source for BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround. For more information, see Creating a data source.

To view the dashboard

1. Log in to BMC Helix Dashboards.
2. Expand the left navigation pane, and click Dashboards.
3. Search for HelixGPT and click it.
4. Click HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard.
5. From the Role list, select a role for which you want to view the article generation and validation.
6. From the date filter, select a time range for which you want to view the data. 
   By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 30 days.

Panels in the HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard

The following table describes the panels in the HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard.

Panel	Description	Example
Validations and Generations by Role	Displays the count of articles generated and validated for the selected role.
Validations and Generations by Article Language	Displays the number of article generations and validations according to locale for the selected role. To view further details of a locale, click the local from the list. The locale details are displayed on the HKM Knowledge Curator Generation - Drillthrough dashboard. For more information, see To view the details of the selected locale.

To view the details of the selected locale 

When you click a locale in the HKM Knowledge Curator Generation Dashboard, the title of each article generated in that locale, the URL to access the article, and its generation and validation counts are displayed. These details appear in the HKM Curator Generation – Drillthrough dashboard.
