Troubleshooting the HelixGPT Insight Finder agent issues


If the agent does not perform as expected, follow the steps in the order indicated before raising a support ticket.

  1. Open the browser's developer tools.

  2. With the developer tools window open, right-click the reload icon in the upper-left corner of your browser and select Empty cache and Hard Reload.

  3. In the Network tab, check the payload and response of the helixgpt call. Verify if an error message has been generated on the last helixgpt call.

  4. Open a support ticket with BMC Helix Support and provide the collected details.
