Troubleshooting the HelixGPT Insight Finder agent issues
If the agent does not perform as expected, follow the steps in the order indicated before raising a support ticket.
- Open the browser's developer tools.
- With the developer tools window open, right-click the reload icon in the upper-left corner of your browser and select Empty cache and Hard Reload.
- In the Network tab, check the payload and response of the helixgpt call. Verify if an error message has been generated on the last helixgpt call.
- Open a support ticket with BMC Helix Support and provide the collected details.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
