Use the Start over option to remove the existing visualizations and start a new session. With this option, you can clear the irrelevant or incorrect results and submit more refined prompts for better results.

View the status of prompt execution in HelixGPT Insight Finder
Enable streaming to view the real-time status of prompt execution for an enhanced user experience. When a prompt is processed in Insight Finder, it goes through multiple underlying processes. These status updates assure you that your prompt is being processed as expected.

Use the HelixGPT Insight Finder agent to create dashboards
Use HelixGPT Insight Finder, an AI-powered agent, to create dynamic and customizable dashboards based on natural language prompts for the following products:
- BMC Helix ITSM
- BMC Helix AIOps
- BMC Helix Vulnerability Resolver
- BMC Helix Digital Workplace
- BMC Helix CMDB
By using HelixGPT Insight Finder, you can:
- Generate a time series visualization
- Grant permissions to access HelixGPT Insight Finder
- Use custom views to generate dashboards
- View the generated SQL query for a panel
- Remove a panel

Save time and effort with dynamic recipient scheduling
While creating a report schedule, use the Dynamic recipients option to reuse email addresses defined in another dashboard. With this option, send email notifications only to the appropriate recipients, which eliminates unnecessary notifications and email clutter.

Change the ownership of report schedules
Change the owner of a report schedule by using the Manage Ownership option in the Report Scheduler. This ownership transfer is useful when a user account is deleted or when ownership needs to be reassigned to another user.

What else changed in this release
BMC Helix Dashboards is upgraded to Grafana 11.6.1, which offers an improved user experience. The following table describes the changes due to this upgrade:
