DWP Question Answer dashboard


The DWP Question Answer dashboard displays the service request questionnaire reports for the last 30 days. As a dashboard user, you can view the questions in a questionnaire and their answers provided by the end user. This help you to analyze the questionnaire and modify them, if needed, based on end user responses. You can search reports in DWP Question Answer dashboard by using the Template filter based on which the questionnaire is created for the service request. For example, IT request. 
 

Important

Data for only those questionnaires that were created by using a template is displayed in this dashboard. If a questionnaire is created without a template, its data appears null or empty. 

To view the BMC Helix Digital Workplace dashboard

  1. From the navigation menu , click 1744028463570-373.pngDashboards.
  2. In the Helix Digital Workplace folder, click the DWP Question Answer dashboard
  3. From the Template list, select the questionnaire template for which you want to see the question-answer report. 
  4. (Optional) If you want to change the default time period of 30 days, click the Time Range 1744199696509-458.png icon and select a time range or specify a custom time range.Data URI image
    A table with all the service requests that used this questionnaire is displayed along with the the answers provided by end users, as shown in the following image:
