Example: View the user access details for a service

Hannah is a catalog administrator at Apex Global. She creates virtual marketplaces for various employee groups and links different services.

Hannah has entitled a group of new employees to a Full-time Employee onboarding induction service. She has created another service, the Contractor onboarding induction service, for the group of new contract employees.

Sara is joining Apex Global as a contractor. Hannah wants to verify whether the appropriate access is assigned to Sara in the virtual marketplace. She selects the Contractor onboarding induction service and clicks UserDrill. From the list, Hannah searches for Sara and confirms the entitlement.
