BMC HelixGPT Feedback Dashboard


As an administrator, use the BMC HelixGPT Feedback Dashboard to analyze the feedback received for each skill from the users about their experience with the BMC HelixGPT sessions. 

The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the user feedback that includes:

  • The percentage of positive and negative feedback
  • Detailed insights about user requests, GPT responses, associated skill and prompt IDs, user comments, and session IDs

Before you begin

To access the dashboard, make sure that BMC Helix Innovation Suite is deployed in your environment. 

To view the BMC HelixGPT Feedback Dashboard

  1. From the navigation menu_icon.pngmenu , click Dashboards.
  2. In the Helix Chatbot folder, click GPT Feedback Dashboard. 

Quick access from the home page

To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is automatically available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.

Positive vs Negative Feedback

Displays the percentage of positive and negative feedback received from the users for their experience with BMC HelixGPT.

Detailed GPT User Feedback

Displays the details about the feedback provided by the users, such as:
- Prompts and skills
- Comments provided
- Queries asked
