BMC Helix ITSM Change Calendar dashboard
Example: View the number of change requests scheduled by hour
Carol is a change manager working in Calbro services. While viewing the change requests scheduled for the month, Carol notices that one particular day has a high number of change requests. She selects that day and views the number of change requests scheduled by hour. This view of the hourly distribution of the change requests helps her to plan and allocate the resources effectively.

To view the dashboard
- From the navigation menu
, click Dashboards.
Click the Helix ITSM folder and then click Change Calendar.

Change Calendar for current month | Displays the number of change requests scheduled for each day in a calendar view of a month. Click any date to refresh the details in the Changes per hour and Change Details panels. By default, details of the change requests for the current month are displayed. | |
Changes per hour | Displays the number of change requests scheduled per hour in a bar chart. The number of change requests based on the status values are displayed below the bar chart. By default, details of the change requests for the current day are displayed. | |
Change Details | Displays the details of the scheduled change requests of a selected day in a tabular format. By default, details of the change requests for the current day are displayed. Click Change ID of a change request to open the change request in Smart IT. |
