Manage the capacity of NetApp storage systems with out-of-the-box dashboards

Use the NetApp Storage Systems - Overview and NetApp Storage Systems - Cluster Overview dashboards to visualize and manage the capacity of the NetApp storage systems. Analyze the capacity usage of Clusters, Storage Virtual Machines (SVMs), Aggregates, and Volumes to identify capacity-specific risks and issues.

Use the Change Agent Dashboard to view the metrics of your open change requests based on their class, status, and priority. You can use the metrics to analyze your current workload and prioritize your work accordingly.

Access BMC Helix Dashboards with BMC Helix ITSM users belonging to multiple realms

Access BMC Helix Dashboards by logging in as a BMC Helix ITSM user who belongs to a realm registered in BMC Helix Single Sign-On. By using realms, you can log in to BMC Helix Dashboards with multiple authentication methods, such as SAML and LDAP.

Experience enhanced reporting with Grafana 10.4.2

BMC Helix Dashboards is upgraded to Grafana 10.4.2, which offers an improved user experience. The following table describes the changes due to this upgrade.

Visualize data in tabular format with the BMC Table visualization

Configure the BMC Table visualization to display data in the tabular format. Use this format when graphs, pie charts, or combination charts are not suitable for visualizing data. We recommend using this visualization instead of the Table visualization.

Display data subtotals for a selected category

Configure the BMC Cross-tab visualization to display the data subtotal for a selected category; for example, you have sales data for different regions and you want to know the sales figure for each region.

Upgrade Reporting Metadata Studio

Upgrade Reporting Metadata Studio, which is used for creating customized views. This upgrade includes the following improvements:

  • Use the Refresh option to refresh business columns to be in sync with the latest changes in the AR system.
  • Apply the global constraint on business tables to define filter conditions, which saves you the time to configure filters in Visual Query Builder.

Enable or disable out-of-the-box views in Visual Query Builder

Show or hide out-of-the-box views from the list of views in Visual Query Builder. This option is helpful when you want to use only custom views for creating SQL queries.

Type ahead in Live Chat dashboard search

Save time by typing in the first few characters of a company or support queue name in the Search box to filter and select the company or support queue reports in the Live Chat dashboards.

Use the BMC HelixGPT conversation details dashboard to view the metrics of a conversation between BMC Helix Virtual Agent and BMC HelixGPT. Use these metrics to analyze the usage of BMC HelixGPT by BMC Helix Virtual Agent and to improve the services.
