Creating and customizing dashboards


As a reporting administrator or editor, create and customize dashboards based on your business needs. These dashboards fetch data from various data sources. They provide different types of visualizations that help you analyze, measure, and monitor data to draw meaningful insights.

Let's say you are a tenant administrator who wants to obtain the high-level details of the IT service requests that are logged in the system. Create a dashboard that will obtain data for the IT service requests that are logged from various data sources. The following process chart provides the steps for creating the dashboard.
