Refresh panels and filters based on time range filters
By default, the panels and filters that appear in the Channel dashboard and BMC Helix ITSM Incident dashboard are refreshed based on the time range filters. For more information, see Channel-dashboard and BMC-Helix-ITSM-Incident-dashboard.
Audit event classes, event policies, and blackout policies
Use the BMC Helix Audit Dashboard to audit user actions on event classes, event policies, and blackout policies of BMC Helix Operations Management. View the audit trail of user actions to track the change history and achieve improved user accountability, compliance with organization policies, and system security.
