Service dashboard



As a tenant administrator, editor, or viewer, you can use the Service dashboard to track various KPIs for a selected service and view metrics from the following products:

  • BMC Helix Operations Management
  • BMC Helix ITSM
  • BMC Helix AIOps

This dashboard uses services created in BMC Helix AIOps. 

To view data in this dashboard, ensure that at least one service is present in BMC Helix AIOps.

This dashboard uses the BMC Helix data source. The query types used for each panel are different.

To view the dashboard

  1. On the left navigation pane, hover your mouse over the Dashboards icon dashboard_icon_dec_push.png and click Manage.
  2. Click the TBD folder and then click Service.

Tip: Quick access from the home page

To quickly open the dashboard from the home page, mark it as a favorite by using the star icon. Additionally, after you open a dashboard, it is available under Recently viewed dashboards on the home page.
