BMC Helix CMDB dashboards


As a Configuration Manager or an Asset Manager, view the information about CIs and relationships in the out-of-the-box dashboards. As a dashboard user, you can have any of the following permissions:

  • Tenant
  • Viewer
  • Editor

The following dashboards provide a summary of the CMDB data such as total number of CIs in different datasets and classes, trend of CIs created in a selected time-period, duplicate CIs, orphan CIs, and data quality metrics:

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
