Migrating from BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting

Important

To view the recent updates to the migration tool, select the latest version from the Product version menu.

As a tenant administrator or reporting administrator, migrate the BMC Helix ITSM reports from BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting to BMC Helix Dashboards by using the migration tool. The BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting application will soon be discontinued and we recommend that you plan for migrating your reports to BMC Helix Dashboards.

The migration process consists of the following tasks:
