CentOS 7, RedHat 7, and Oracle Linux 7 End of Support

Announcing the end of support for CentOS 7, RedHat 7, and Oracle Linux 7 on all Control-M products

Control-M 9.0.21.300 planned for August 2024, including all related components, will not support the following platforms as they will no longer be supported by the vendor.

  • Red Hat 7
  • CentOS 7
  • Oracle Linux 7

Support for Control-M 9.0.19.xx, 9.0.20.xx, and Control-M 9.0.21.xx, including all related components, on the following platforms ends on 30 June 2024 as they have reached the end of support by the vendor:

  • Red Hat 7
  • CentOS 7

Support for Control-M 9.0.19.xx, 9.0.20.xx, and Control-M 9.0.21.xx, including all related components, on Oracle Linux 7 ends on 1 December 2024.

BMC recommends using one of the supported platforms on the BMC Product Compatibility matrix.

This change is in accordance with the BMC Software Product Support Policy.
