Unable to display data in the Compliance or Job Activity domain custom reports

Issue

If you upgrade to TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse version 21.3 and upgraded your TrueSight Server Automation site to version 21.3, the following error occurs when you try to view or create a custom report for the Compliance or Job Activity domain:

Error retrieving results
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got CLOB  

Resolution

This error occurs if the custom report uses any of the following attributes:

• (Compliance domain) Compliance Rule Result > Rule Result String(Long)
• (Job Activity domain) Job Run Event > Event Message 

If you are viewing an existing report and the error occurs, update the report:

1. Click Edit on the main navigation bar. 
2. Click the Data tab.
3. In Report Data, select the Show Duplicate Records check box.
4. Publish and save the report.

If you are creating a new report and the error occurs, do the following:

1. In Report Data, select the Show Duplicate Records check box.
2. Publish and save the report.
