Enhancements

This patch provides the following enhancements:

New dashboards

TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation provides the following new dashboards: Inventory, Compliance, Patch, Job Activity, and Health

The Inventory, Compliance, Patch, and Job Activity dashboards display the summarized and detailed domain-specific information. The Health dashboard provides information about the status of the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse configuration settings.

New ETL utility

The utility that is used for the ETL process has changed from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to BMC Data Integrator (BDI). To view the related changes in the post-installation configuration GUI, see Configuring-TrueSight-Server-Automation-Data-Warehouse.

Enhanced LDAP authentication

You can now configure the LDAP authentication to accept a short and simple alias of an LDAP user name apart from the fully distinguished user name. TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse automatically determines the corresponding distinguished name and approves the LDAP authentication. For details, see LDAP-authentication.

Support for new operating systems and databases

TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse now supports the following operating systems and databases:

RHEL 8
SQL Server 2019
Oracle 18c RAC
Oracle 19c RAC

Your environment does not contain TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse or BMC Decision Support for Server Automation.	Install TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse. Install TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform. Apply TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.01 patch.
You already have TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation 19.2, 19.2.01, or 19.2.02 in your environment.	If you are using TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation 19.2.01 or earlier version: Upgrade TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse. Upgrade TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform to 20.02. Apply TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.01 patch. Complete the post-upgrade tasks.
