Using the user_roles.csv file for reports access

Support for managing the reports access by using the user_roles.csv file is deprecated in version 21.02 of TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation. We recommend using the roles and reporting authorizations defined in TrueSight Server Automation to grant access to view or manage reports. For more information about these changes, see Changes to the reports access management.

TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse database support

Support for the following databases is deprecated in version 25.2 of TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse. 

  • Oracle Server: 12c, 12c R2, and 18c
  • Oracle Server RAC: 12c and 18c 
  • SQL Server:  2012, 2012 R2, 2014, and 2016
  • SQL Server cluster: 2012, 2014, and 2016
