Moving the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse environment
To move the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse infrastructure to a new environment, you must first back up and then restore product files, directories, and databases.

Files and databases to be backed up
Back up following files, directories, and databases:

Restoring the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse environment
You can restore the following files that you backed up on a new environment:
Complete the following steps to restore the reports server in a new environment:
- Restore the Reports data warehouse that you backed up.
- Install TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse in the new environment.
- Configure the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse using the "Migration from BDSSA" option and providing the backed up bds.properties file. For more information, see Configuring TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse by using the console.
- Restore the following backed up files in the new environment (except the bds.properties file that you already copied):
- user_roles.csv (if you have changed)
- generic_configuration.properties (if you have changed)
- server.xml
- keystore.jks (or the custom keystore file)
- cacerts
What's next
- Change the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse host in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform:
- Log in to the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform host as a platform admin user.
- Click Edit corresponding to the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse component.
- In the Hostname field, specify the new TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse host name.
- Save the changes.
- If you want to change the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform host, do the following:
- Log in to the system where you want to set up TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.
Install TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02:
Apply the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.01 patch. For instructions, see Applying the 20.02.01 patch.
Change the TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse host name in the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform console:
