Custom properties

After you upgrade to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 19.3 and TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.003 and run the ETL, you will not see the newly added custom properties due to known issue DRSOD-1528.

Resolution

To view these custom properties, do the following:

1. After the ETL runs successfully, navigate to the following path:
   <TSSA-DWInstallationDirectory>/shared/odi/bin
2. At the command prompt, run the following command:
   nsh update_custom_property.nsh
   After the command is run successfully, the newly added custom properties are imported into TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform. 

If you encounter any issues, check the update_custom_property.log at the following path:

<TSSA-DWInstallationDirectory>/logs/update_custom_property/etl/<timestamp_folder>
