Technical bulletin - Announcing Patch 19.2.02
Patch 2 for TrueSight Smart Reporting for Server Automation 19.2 is now available. The patch provides a few enhancements and contains fixes for some critical issues. It includes the following components:

Enhancements
This patch provides the following enhancements:
Support for new database version
TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse now supports Oracle 19c. For a list of databases and operating systems supported by TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse, see System requirements for TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse.
New roles to view and publish reports
You can now assign specific roles to users created in TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse for viewing and publishing reports. Each role is mapped to the corresponding role in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform. For more information, see Assigning roles to the reporting users.
New out-of-the-box reports
Audit reports
You can now create reports based on the Audit jobs. For more information, see Audit reports.
VPC reports
You can now view and analyze summary or detailed reports of VPC-based patching. For more information, see VPC reports.
Component version updates
With this patch, the version of the following components is now updated:
- Authentication Server is updated to version 8.9.04.004.
- The reporting content is updated to version 19.2.02.
- TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse is updated to version 8.9.04.004
TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.004 supports TrueSight Server Automation 20.02 and TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.
