Enablement hotfix for TrueSight Server Automation Data Warehouse 8.9.04.002 and 8.9.04.003

An enablement hotfix is now available for TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.002 and 8.9.04.003. With this hotfix, you can use TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.002 and 8.9.04.003 with TrueSight Server Automation 20.02. Without the hotfix, TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.002 and 8.9.04.003 versions are not compatible with TrueSight Server Automation 20.02.

Installing the hotfix

Do the following:

  1. Log in to the server where TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse is installed.
  2. Navigate to the following FTP location:
  3. Download and extract the following hotfix installer file to a temporary directory:
    • For TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.002:
      TSSADW89SP4P2_TSSA20.02_Enablement.zip
    • For TrueSight Server Automation - Data Warehouse 8.9.04.003:
      TSSADW89SP4P3_TSSA20.02_Enablement.zip
  4. Navigate to the path where you extracted the hotfix installer files:
    • (Windows) ..\<temp>\TSSADW<version>_TSSA20.02_Enablement
    • (Linux) /<temp>/TSSADW<version>_TSSA20.02_Enablement
  5. Run the following command to install the hotfix:
    • (Windows) nsh tssadwHotfixInstaller_windows.nsh
    • (Linux) nsh tssadwHotfixInstaller_linux.nsh
  6. If you want to add a new TrueSight Server Automation 20.02 site, perform the steps given in Managing-sites.
  7. Run the ETL. For instructions, see Running-ETL.
