Configuring settings to use the AI-powered capabilities in TrueSight Server Automation

TrueSight Server Automation connects with BMC HelixGPT, a generative AI capability available for BMC Helix applications, to use autonomous agents for operators or SREs who can use them to get AI-driven insights to improve compliance tracking and gain infrastructure visibility into patching operations.

A fine-tuned model is available for using agentic AI capabilities in TrueSight Server Automation. As an administrator, you deploy the fine-tuned model in one of the supported cloud platforms.
