Support for patching over a Wide Area Network (WAN)

TrueSight Server Automation supports patch deploy jobs over standard repeater servers. The standard repeater server caches the payloads of all deploy jobs, including a patch-generated deploy job. However, note that the standard repeater server does not cache the patch metadata used during analysis.

Notes

CustomSoftware.* permission is required to create and add Custom Software to the BLPackage associated with a remediation job. Customsoftware.* permission is not required for AIX and Solaris platforms.
