Understanding required fields

Throughout the TrueSight Server Automation Console, an asterisk (*) marks all fields that require input before you can continue or complete the current task.

Some wizards and other GUI elements in the the TrueSight Server Automation Console dynamically explain what field is required. For example, in the wizard panel shown below, several fields are required. After you enter a value for the required Name field, the message at the top of the panel states that the Server field is required. After you enter a value for Server, the panel tells you that Certificate is required.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
