AuthorizationProfile - nameToDBKey
Description :
This command converts an authorization profile name to a DBKey.
The command will fail if no authorization profile by the specified name exists. Returns a DBKey. The DBKey is a handle to the authorization profile and can be used as argument to other commands that need a handle to the authorization profile.
