Canceling a Provision Job in progress

You can cancel a Provision Job in progress.

Warning

Note

  • You can cancel only one Provision Job at a time.
  • To set up a Provision Job to cancel automatically after a certain amount of time, define a time-out period for the job using the JOB_TIMEOUT property.

Permissions required to cancel a Provision Job

To cancel a Provision Job, your role must be granted the following permissions:

DeviceFolder.Read
DeviceGroup.Read
JobFolder.Read
JobGroup.Read
ProvisionJob.Cancel
ProvisionJob.Read
Server.Read

To cancel a Provision Job

  1. In the Tasks in Progress view, a Provision Job appears as one job with a node for each device being provisioned. Select any node in the Provision Job.
  2. Click Cancel g_V95_CloseIcon.gif.
