Enabling web services

Use this procedure to enable web services.

To enable web services

  1. On the Application Server, start the blasadmin utility and type the following command:
    set AppServer enableWebServices true
  2. Restart the Application Server.

To change the port


By default, web services uses port 9843. To use a different port:

  1. On the Application Server, start the blasadmin utility and type the following command:
    set appserver httpsPortNumber new_port_number
  2. Restart the Application Server.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
