BMC Helix for Security Incident Handling 25.1

The Security Incident Handling line of business offers out-of-the-box content use cases to create, manage, and resolve security cases. Security case agents can work on security cases by following cybersecurity guidelines and completing set tasks that are available out-of-the-box in Runbooks. Security case agents can also gather evidence for security cases and view the evidence log for all security cases.
