Exporting and importing content to different environments

To use the out-of-the-box content packages for your lines of business, a case business analyst can customize the templates that are provided and create custom data specific to your business requirements.

As an administrator, first export the content packages and custom data to your tailoring environment, and then import the data to your QA and production environment.
