Enabling BMC Helix ITSM integration and Asset integration


As a security case business analyst, to enable security case agents to create and relate BMC Helix ITSM tickets from a security case, you must enable the integration of BMC Helix Business Workflows and BMC Helix ITSM. You must also enable the integration with asset management to allow security case agents to relate assets to security cases.
