Integrating


The Security Incident Handling line of business is available from BMC Helix Business Workflows. Out of the box, BMC Helix Business Workflows is integrated with BMC Helix iPaaS. Security cases are created through BMC Helix iPaaS by using the Create case API.

Additionally, a case business analyst can enable the integration of BMC Helix Business Workflows with BMC Helix ITSM to create and relate tickets in BMC Helix ITSM from security cases. The case business analyst can also integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with Asset Management so that security case agents can relate assets to security cases.
