Assigning multicast permissions to reporting users

As a TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform or a component administrator, you can assign the Multicast Reports and Multicast Access Filter Reports permissions for a role in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform. With these permissions, reporting users can broadcast reports to external email addresses, create smart tasks, and schedule reports through FTP. 

Do the following:

1. Use the following URL to open the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform login page:
   https://<hostName>:<portNumber>/tsr 
2. In the Log in as list, select TrueSight Smart Reporting - Admin.
3. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform administrator credentials.
4. Click LOG IN.
5. In the upper right corner, and click Admin Console.
6. From the Multi-tenant Login list, select Default.
7. Click the menu icon in the upper left corner, and then click Administration > Admin Console.
8. Expand Roles to display the list of all the roles.
9. Select a role and expand Report Menu.
10. Select the Multicast Reports and Multicast Access Filter Reports options.
11. Click Save.
