Use an encrypted database password when configuring the repository to use an external database
You can now use the encrypted database password in the repository.xml file when you configure the repository to use an external database.

Configure high availability for Repository to use an external database
You can now enable high availability for Repository by configuring an external database and leveraging the clustering features of the external database to provide failover.

Support for CA-signed certificates for peer-to-peer communication
TrueSight Orchestration Platform supports certificate authority-signed (CA-signed) certificates for communication among peers.

Updates to the Operator Control Panel
The Operator Control Panel (OCP) includes the following updates:
- When you launch the OCP UI again after closing the browser window, the UI displays the current state of the workflow execution.
- The processes within a module in the workflow explorer are sorted alphabetically.
Maintenance Tool utility updates for silent installation
The Maintenance Tool utility includes the following updates:
- On Windows, launch the utility from the downloaded installation files without installing the product.
- Ability to encrypt password for silent installations by using the Silent Installation Password option.

New parameters added to the LAP installation process
To ensure that the same secret key is used between Lightweight Activity Peer (LAP) and TrueSight Orchestration Configuration Distribution Peer (CDP) in a grid, the following new parameters are added to the LAP installation or upgrade process:
- Wizard-based installation:
- AO Admin Name
- AO Admin Password
- Silent installation:
- -J AO_ADMIN_USERNAME=<adminUserName>
- -J AO_ADMIN_PASSWORD=<encryptedPassword>
