  • To upgrade to this patch, ensure that you first upgrade to BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform version 7.9 Service Pack 1 and then install the patch.

DRAUM-22732

In Remedy SSO for LDAP authentication, when you enable group retrieval, the Group Attribute Name field is not displayed.

DRAUM-22783

In Remedy SSO for LDAP authentication, groups are not retrieved even when you have enabled group retrieval, which throws a NullPointerException.

DRAUM-22762

After installing 7.9.01.002, Apache Tomcat JAR files for CDP, AP, and LAP displayed older versions (8.0.30) of Tomcat, whereas the latest patch includes 8.0.44 version JAR files.

Compatible Remedy Single Sign-On version

The Patch 3 for BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform 7.9 Service Pack 1 is compatible with 9.1.02.002 version of Remedy Single Sign-On. 

Installing the patch as a fresh product installation

The process to install any major release, service pack or patch is same. To install the patch, follow the instructions in the Installing topic.

Upgrading to the patch

Important

If your current platform version is earlier than 7.9.01, and you are upgrading to 7.9.01.003, you must first upgrade to 7.9.01 and then upgrade to this patch.
